I'm Shrinking....

went to the Dr's today. went nicely. got some pills to take. Its not hopeless, just alot of time, money that we dont have but what's money when you dont have your health, and a bit of work ahead of us. I feel happy. Not elated but at least we made it to our visit and the Hulk got some Batmedicine. It makes his heart beat Fast, like I could seriously feel it squishing out between his ribcage. He looks very relaxed and has been near pleasent to be around. He even left the CD player on Avery's Lilo and Stich CD on the way home. Nothing like Hula music to que the peace ahead.

Hey congrats! I'm sure you look great....haven't stopped by for a while but it looks like you had quite the controversy going on. Extremists on either side of the spectrum suck. I myself would consider myself liberal and not particularly religous and we get along GREAT! This is because I look for one thing in people I associate with and that is compassion and love. That is something you have in spades and that is something this wicked witch (or whatever her name is) could stand to learn from you. This scary lady is obviously still crippled by her fear and anger of the "issues" she has lived through. How irresponsible of her to push her issues onto her children. You would think someone so "progressive" would at least let them make up their own minds about how they live their lives.

good for you. Lots of people would be too scared to ask for help.

We had to do the therapy stuff too when we were first married. It really helped and it was for the same reason you speak of. It really helped both of us. I am proud of you. Your family is so sweet, I love that picture. Where are you? In a cabin? Merry Christmas girl!

I agree with Violet. Men, especially, are afraid to ask for help. Your hubby is doing the right thing for himself, you & your family.

Best wishes!

You will both be surprised at how much the medicine (and counseling) will help.. my happy meds literally saved my life. i became a new person, much calmer and happier just like I was meant to be. I hope it works out great!
