Sitting here and listening to the most Awsome sound....Thunder!
this Texas heat has been horrible, every day it has just beat down in the 100 degree range and my body (not to mention the soil) has been terribly missing cooler weather....we might actually get some rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am green with jealousy! Send some our way!
My Father-in-law lives out your way, and by 'out your way' I simply mean deep in'a heart of Texas. He's always talking about the giant cracks in the rock-hard soil and the lack of rain. I hope you've got yourself a nice gulley-washer going to fill in all of those cracks in the dirt. Here in Memphis we're just a swampy, smelly, EPA-violating sewers-not-hooked-up-properly mess all the time.
So did you get some? If not maybe you can turn on your sprinkler to simulate it?

Not to complain, but when I asked you to send some rain my way I hoped you would wait until AFTER I got back from the store with my Dr.Pepper. Now Ian and I are soaked, as well as my pimpin' sweet stroller, AND I have no Dr.Pepper. Thanks anyway.
